Professor Tim Wu’s book, The Curse of Bigness, explores the history of antitrust law in the United States and traces antitrust enforcement through several important eras in American history. Professor Wu uses this history to detail alleged shortcomings in the current era of antitrust enforcement, and calls for a reinvigoration of the antitrust laws to deal with some of the problems posed by the new economy.
Join us on July 10th for a discussion with Professor Wu about his book and the merits of some of the recommendations made within!
