George Mason Law Review
24th Annual Antitrust Symposium

From February 16-19, 2021, GAI and the George Mason Law Review hosted the 24th Annual Antitrust Symposium virtually from the George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School in Arlington, Virginia.  The conference featured a keynote address by Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser.

This conference addressed some of the most pressing issues facing the global antitrust community – including the ongoing Big Tech cases, the NCAA, and the FTC’s 13(b) authority – and came just as the Biden Administration was starting to take shape. We were incredibly fortunate to be able to hose a group of speakers made up of some of the most well-known academics, economists, practitioners, and enforcers from around the world.
